Special Town Board Meeting
Town of Pembine
January 22, 2026
The special town board meeting was called to order by Chairman Bole at 6:03 pm. Chairman Bole, Supervisor Reabe, Supervisor Willis, Clerk/Treasurer Allen and no citizens were present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Chairman Bole made a motion to go to closed session for discussion on investment of funds, 2nd by Supervisor Willis; motion passed.
Chairman Bole made a motion to reconvene to open session, 2nd by Supervisor Willis; motion passed.
Approve Banking
Chairman Bole stated he would like to move our bank accounts to Incredible Bank as they have better interest rates. After a brief discussion, a motion was made to approve moving all bank accounts to Incredible Bank by Supervisor Reabe, 2nd by Supervisor Willis; motion passed.
Update Supervisor Reabe on Current Issues
Chairman Bole updated Supervisor Reabe on all current issues including any outstanding garbage issues/complaints.
The next regular town board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 6:00pm at the town hall. There being no further business a motion was made by Chairman Bole, seconded by Supervisor Willis to adjourn at 6:31 pm, Motion carried.
